Hazrat Hud (A.S) in view of Qurran Pak

The people of `Ad lived in Yemen, in the area of Ahqaf. There is red sand mound and a lot of Arak and Lote trees in this area . There is the grave of in its vicinity.'' Ad used to live in Yemen, since Prophet Hud was buried there. Ibn Jarir Hazrat Hud(A.S) was among the noble men and chiefs of `Ad.
The eleventh chapter of the Qur'an, Hud, is named after him. Hazrat Hud(A.S) is said to have been a subject of a kingdom named after its founder, ʿĀd, .Ad' was a fourth generation descendant of Hazrat Noah(A.S).
His father was Uz, the son of Aram
Aram the son of Shem
Shem the son of Noah.
Hazrat Hud(A.S)  people were mighty and strong, but their hearts were mighty and hard. Hazrat Hud(A.S) called `Ad to worship Allah alone without partners, and to obey and fear Him. Hazrat Hud(A.S) said to his people that "Rijs (torment) and wrath have already fallen on them from Lord.
Hazrat Hud(A.S) informed them that he did not want any reward from them for his sincere advising and conveying of Allah's Message. Then he commanded them to seek the forgiveness of Allah Who is capable of expiating previous sins.
He also commanded them to repent for that which they may do in the future. Whoever has these characteristics, Allah will make his sustenance easy for him. But they claimed that Hud had not brought them any proof or evidence for what he claimed. Such were the people of Ad. They rejected the Ayat of their Lord and disobeyed His Messengers, and followed the command of every proud, oppressor of the truth from their leaders . And they were pursued by a curse in this world and so they will be on the Day of Resurrection Hazrat Hud(A.S) said , “I put my trust in Allah, my Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving creature but He has the grasp of its forelock. Every creature is under Allah's power and His authority. He is the Best Judge, the Most Just, Who does not do any injustice in His ruling. He is upon the straight path. Verily, this argument contains a far-reaching proof and absolute evidence of the truthfulness of what Hazrat Hud(A.S) had come to them with.
